SuperX Code is proprietary, closed-source software developed and distributed by SuperX Code.

## 1. Ownership

Except for third-party software and components that are separately identified as being subject to their own licenses, the SuperX Code software, including its original source code, proprietary modifications, proprietary features, user interface, designs, branding, documentation, and other original materials, is the property of SuperX Code and its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user by installing, accessing, or using SuperX Code.

## 2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License and any applicable subscription or purchase terms, SuperX Code grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the authorized version of SuperX Code for your own permitted purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual-property rights to you.

## 3. Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by a separate applicable open-source license, you may not:

- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute SuperX Code or substantial portions of its proprietary code.

## 4. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

SuperX Code includes and/or incorporates third-party software components that are subject to their own licenses.

In particular, SuperX Code contains portions derived from the open-source OpenCode project. Applicable OpenCode-derived portions remain subject to the MIT License and retain the copyright, license, and attribution notices required by that license.

Other third-party components may be licensed under MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD, ISC, or other licenses.

Those licenses continue to apply to the components to which they relate and are not replaced by this proprietary license.

## 5. No Relicensing of Third-Party Code

This License applies only to proprietary portions of SuperX Code for which SuperX Code has the necessary rights to grant this license.

Where an open-source license grants rights to a particular component, those rights remain available in accordance with that license.

## 6. Trademarks and Branding

The name **SuperX Code**, the SuperX Code name, logos, wordmarks, icons, visual identity, and other associated branding are trademarks or proprietary materials of SuperX Code or their respective owners, as applicable.

This License does not grant permission to use SuperX Code branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization without permission.

Use of third-party names, trademarks, and logos remains subject to their respective owners' rights.

## 7. Updates and Changes

SuperX Code may release updates, upgrades, modifications, or new versions of the software.

Different versions or components may be distributed under different applicable license terms. The license accompanying the particular version or component governs that version or component.
